Watsu Aquatherapy

A unique body-oriented practice in warm water.

It is a combination of acupressure, stretching, twisting, and myofascial work, aimed at deep relaxation and body alignment.

This technique, as well as the word Watsu®, was invented by Harold Dull in the 1980s. His inspiration came from the hot springs of Harbin Hot Springs. The name Watsu is a derivative of two words: water and shiatsu (acupressure).

Feelings after the session

avatar

I was one of Tatyana's first 'guinea pigs'. Surprisingly, I felt very comfortable. There were moments when I felt myself floating in the flow of universal space. Everything was so smooth and gentle, carefully treating the body. I would very much like to visit Tatyana again to assess her progress and enjoy the process once more.
